More specifically, your day-to-day work with us will include:* Analyzing monthly variances in capital, operating, and cash budgets* Coordinating annual external audits* Coordinating treasury operations* Leading the annual budget process* Directing the team to ensure the production of monthly financial reports* Participating in various special projects, such as the integration of new properties* Gathering the financial information necessary for sound management* Responding to requests from both internal and external clients and attending meetings with demanding clients* Reviewing, analyzing, and approving monthly financial statements (approving journal entries, reviewing balance sheet items, and analyzing variances on results)* Ensuring that monthly deadlines are met
