I'm currently looking for an experienced Electromechanic ready to take on a Maintenance Planner position within a reputable and growing manufacturing company located in Boucherville.________________________________________Your Role : This hybrid position combines hands-on electromechanical work with maintenance planning and coordination. You will play a key part in optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing parts and work orders, and ensuring reliable equipment performance.Main responsibilities:* Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities* Manage spare parts, inventory, and work orders* Document maintenance procedures and follow-ups* Collaborate with production to schedule equipment shutdowns* Participate in complex mechanical troubleshooting and repairsYour Profile : * Diploma in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field* Solid experience in industrial mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics* Good understanding of maintenance planning and tracking practices* Strong organizational and technical skills* Hands-on leadership and team spirit* Basic knowledge of electricity or automation (an asset)Working Conditions : * Competitive pay up to $44/h depending on experience* Stable day shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m., flexible)* 2 weeks' vacation* Group insurance after 3 months* Group RRSP after 6 months* Employer-paid technical training* Overtime available: $50 Saturday bonus (4 hours), time-and-a-half on Sunday* Stable, people-focused, and collaborative environment
