The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential to promote stabilization and recovery for each patient. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care to adolescent patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and behavioral changes. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Participate in crisis prevention, de-escalation, and intervention as required to ensure patient and staff safety. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and coping strategies. Maintain compliance with regulatory and facility standards for behavioral health nursing. Requirements Current RN license (in good standing) in the applicable state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
