Associate Solicitor - Employment Law

OUR CLIENT Well established London law firm THE ROLE We have a new role for an Employment Lawyer 4-6 PQE to join a high ranking Employment Department The work will be wide ranging handling both contentious and non-contentious work including advising corporates and senior employees on the following:- Corporate reorganisations - TUPE Disciplinary proceedings and grievances M&A transactional work, due diligence and corporate support Drafting employment contracts, staff handbooks, consultancy agreements, NDAs, and settlement agreements Tribunal / Court work As a key member of a busy team, you will also be expected to assist with managing and mentoring junior team members THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will be a talented employment lawyer looking to a make a career move to a new and challenging role You will be confident acting for both employers and senior employees as a key member of a successful and growing employment law team Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
