Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive Drinks Industry Location: Greater Belfast Reports to: Business Development Manager/Sales Director Salary: £25K commission car allowance (own car required) About the Company Were a leading local drinks company with a diverse portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic brands , serving customers across retail, on-trade, and foodservice sectors. Our mission is to bring exceptional drinks experiences to every outlet from vibrant bars and restaurants to independent retailers, restaurants, cafes etc. The Role As a Field Sales Executive , youll be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and growing brand visibility across Belfast and the surrounding region. Youll actively identifying new business opportunities across pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, convenience stores, and foodservice outlets . Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales across Greater Belfast. Build strong, long-term relationships with on-trade, retail, and foodservice customers. Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and local market insights. Execute promotional activity and brand activations to increase visibility and sales. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide accurate reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback. Represent the company and brands professionally at trade shows, events, and tastings. Key Requirements Preferably some field sales experience in FMCG, ideally within drinks, food, or hospitality, however consideration will be given to a rookie who is self-motivated, target-oriented, a good communicator with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously. Full UK driving licence and own car.
