It is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor circa 2-3 PQE to join the team who is ranked in Legal 500. Key Responsibilities: Advise on Commercial Leases (Landlord & Tenant) and complex high-value transactions Lead acquisitions & disposals of leasehold and freehold commercial properties Support large-scale Development & Planning projects Build and maintain strong client relationships with owners, occupiers, investors and developers Skills & Experience: 2 years PQE in Commercial Real Estate law Proven track record advising landlords, tenants, developers and investors Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial problem-solving skills Business development mindset with proactive relationship building Why Join?
