Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the business and making informed financial decisions. As the Finance Manager , you must be highly detail-oriented and organised. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills to interact/manage the team and work with other departments when needed. Role: Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts within reporting deadlines. Manage the day-to-day financial activities. Provide regular financial reports to the management team, including revenue and expense reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets. Prepare year end accounts and liaise with auditors. Monitor cash flow and predict future trends and financial needs. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals. The Person: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication, report-writing, and presentation skills. Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a finance team. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
