As an experienced practitioner, the Clinical Care Coordinator acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination of resident care and support and teaching to the resident care team (including staff, residents, and residents' support team) within a collaborative environment. The routine procedures are generally predetermined but critical thinking and independent judgment is an integral part of the position. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience 3-5 years experience in Acute and/or LTC Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate (BCLS) Memberships College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) Other Education and Training Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certification acceptable Competencies Supervisory skills Verbal communication skills Written Communication Skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to promote a collaborative and team approach Has demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop others Demonstrates application of the nursing process Ability to lead best practice Leadership skills to ensure positive outcomes in care Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook) Other Information For more information on the town of Davidson please visit https://www.townofdavidson.com/ Davidson is located approximately 114 km south of Saskatoon
