Position : 196545 Expected Start Date: December 01, 2025 Union: OOS Facility: Saskatchewan Health Authority City/Town: To Be Determined Department: Infrastructure Program Support and Standards Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Job Description: The incumbent is responsible for ensuring up-to-date, safe, efficient and effective work methods and safety training materials, and provides direct support to management and supervisors. This position acts as a resource, advisor and leader for safety, educational and quality initiatives and programs, and for the evaluation and reporting of safety and quality systems within the department. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Five (5) years experience in facilities maintenance and operations Education Journeyperson certificate in a Building Trade or a related field Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable Competencies Mobilizes people, inspires and leads by example Analytical skills Capability to transform systems: Encourage and support innovation Critical thinking skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to adapt to and implement change Knowledge in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity Knowledge in the Saskatchewan health care system Knowledge in applicable human resource functions and disciplines Knowledge in First Nation and Metis history in Saskatchewan Proven ability to collaborate and partner with a wide variety of stakeholders Knowledge in applicable legislation and standards Strong interpersonal skills Commitment to quality, safety, and improvement striving towards zero harm Committed to delivering on patient and family centred care Ability to lead and coach others Commitment to a diverse, representative workforce and cultural safety Knowledge in organization's goals, vision, mission and values Other Information Travel within Saskatchewan
