Lead Nurse Clinician

Position: Lead Nurse ClinicianLocation: Cambridge, Guelph, Kitchener-WaterlooOur client, a leading innovator in the field of men's sexual health, is seeking a full-time Nurse Clinician to lead their high-performing medical team. As important as the experience and technical know-how, they need someone with superior communication skills, coupled with a high degree of business and sales acumen. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive medical and physical assessments- Administer clinical treatments in accordance with established protocols- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, charting, and treatment notes- Manage patient follow-ups, scheduling, and care coordination- Educate patients about their condition and treatment options- Communicate sensitively and clearly with patients of diverse backgrounds- Work independently while upholding clinical standards and care qualityRequired Qualifications:- Active nursing license (RN, RPN, or NP) in Ontario- 5 of clinical nursing experience (experience in sexual / reproductive health is a plus)- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and professionalism- Ability to deliver hands-on care in a private, focused clinical settingOther Details:- Monday to Friday work schedule; occasional overtime as needed- Very competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience- On-site role at a men's wellness clinicPlease send your resume, in confidence, to patrick.power@alternacare.ca.
