What you will do Maintain and improve key Employee Lifecycle Applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and security; Implement new features and enhancements to support employee and candidate lifecycle processes; Strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS to ensure seamless data flow across systems; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and operational efficiency. MUST HAVES 3 years of experience with Python/Django, Typescript/React & Java/Spring Boot ; Good JIRA practices and strong documentation experience; Good verbal and writing English skills to effectively communicate with the internal team; Strong testing and bug resolution abilities; Independent thinker and self-starter.
