Provide legal support for Corporate Functions (HR, Sustainability, Credit Management, Risk, Tax, IA, Corp Comms, etc.), draft, review, amend and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, with a particular focus on sales and procurement contracts in the telco/connectivity/cybersecurity/tech space. Provide legal education and training to the business units and other stakeholders. Manage/train/guide legal contract managers reporting to this role. Work collaboratively with other stakeholders within Singtel to ensure internal policy and corporate governance is adhered to. Possess excellent client relationship skills with keen interest in learning and understanding the business, its drivers and the operations. Prior experience and an interest in legal technology and tools will be a plus. Skills for Success: Possess Law degree (Singapore or other recognized law school). 8 to 10 years (at least 4-5 years in private practice). Excellent familiarity with all matters of contract law. Sound knowledge of employment laws, data privacy laws. Experience in legal review, negotiation, and amendment of contracts.
