Process Engineer

Process Engineer Miejsce pracy: Poznań Twój zakres obowiązków Support promotion of a continuous improvement (Lean manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma) culture and high morale. To show consistent improvement in the areas of safety, quality, production flow and production efficiency, service and cost. Ensure that Production Leaders and Operatives are actively involved in improvement initiatives. Define production parameters and their controls, implement and start-up new manufacturing process (SOP). Supervise the commissioning of new production machines (COO). Support production and maintenance in solving technical problems. Identification of problems and implementation of preventive solutions. Preparation of reports and analyses of manufacturing processes. Carry out any other duties and ad hoc tasks deemed appropriate by the Plant Manager. Nasze wymagania Previous experience and / or qualifications as process engineer or continuous improvement engineer. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or production management or equivalent education. Microsoft Office application competency. Demonstrating knowledge of Continuous Improvement. Preferably has Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Experience of continuous improvement working using and coaching CI tools and techniques. Experience of using AutoCAD, any other 3Dsoftware applications within a manufacturing environment would be appreciated. Financial and commercial awareness. Strong communication skills, willing to learn and a team player. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level). A passion for process analyses and eye on detail.
