Cardiff | Leading Firm A forward-moving firm with a strong presence in the South West and Wales is seeking a Construction Senior Associate to join their established construction and infrastructure team. This is a key hire to support growth through 2025 and beyond. The firm is recognised for delivering high-quality construction work across a broad client base including central and local government, developers, contractors, engineering firms, housebuilders, banks, and funders. What You’ll Be Doing Advising on a range of construction matters, including both advisory and non-contentious work Supporting a diverse client portfolio across public and private sectors Collaborating with a team of recognised construction specialists Contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and sector development What You’ll Bring At least 3 years PQE, ideally gained at a large regional, national, or international firm Experience in non-contentious construction law, or a combination of contentious and advisory work Commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively across complex construction matters Ambition to contribute to a leading team in the South West and Wales market What You’ll Get An opportunity to join a highly regarded and specialist construction team Exposure to a strong pipeline of high-quality work A commercial platform with potential for career progression and development
