About the Role Joining a small, but highly reputable property department you will need to show your expertise in managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages, specifically in dealing with higher value and complex transactions and while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong communication throughout the conveyancing process. Candidate Requirements Our client is looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 years relevant experience in handling a busy HNW caseload of residential property matters. You will need to be a commercially aware individual with a head for marketing and business development that can go out and promote the company within the local community.
