Senior Business Development Specialist Location: London - Hybrid Salary & Benefits: Competitive Sector: Legal Salary: Up to £70, 000 (depending on experience) We are seeking a highly talented, dynamic, and proactive Senior Business Development Specialist to join our London-based team. Job Summary The successful candidate will work closely with BD Managers and lawyers across a range of practice groups, playing a central role in driving forward strategic business development initiatives, deepening client relationships, and enhancing the firm's profile. Key Responsibilities Prepare tailored pitches, RFP responses, and marketing materials for new business opportunitiesMaintain and ensure the integrity of the firm's deal database and core marketing contentSupport client targeting through research, relationship mapping, and reportingCoordinate and execute BD campaigns, events, and thought leadership aligned with market trendsAssist in drafting directory submissions (e., Chambers, Legal 500)Collaborate on cross-practice initiatives and firm-wide BD projectsSupport PR and communications efforts as neededBuild strong relationships with lawyers and BD colleagues across officesPerform other duties as required Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree4-5 years' business development experience in a law firm, professional services, or financial services environmentStrong project management and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication, research, and analytical abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentResilient, detail-oriented, and client-focused with a can-do attitude The ideal candidate will be a seasoned BD professional with 4-5 years of experience in legal, professional or financial services.
