Contracts Manager

Role: Contracts Manager Location: Ballymena Hours: Full time (Monday Friday) Pay: £40,000 - £65,000 A specialist engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the fabrication, supply, and installation of structural steel and architectural metalwork. The role involves managing projects from award to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Benefits: Enhanced Annual Leave Company Car/Van/Allowance The Role: Manage contracts, variations, claims, and final accounts Lead multiple projects, coordinating design, fabrication, and site teams Act as main client contact, attending meetings and providing updates Control budgets, forecasts, and reporting while driving cost efficiencies Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and quality standards The Requirements: Proven Contracts Manager experience in structural steel/architectural metalwork Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT, NEC) Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects effectively Relevant construction/engineering qualification Ability and willingness to travel around the UK (Every so often) Desirable: Professional body membership (CIOB, RICS) BIM/digital project delivery experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Call / Text / WhatsApp Office MonThurs: 8.30am5pm | Fri: 8.30am4pm Or to make it easier HIT apply or send your CV over Skills: Contracts Negotiation Client Liason
