Pricing Manager Greater Belfast £50,000-£60,000 (DOE) A leading manufacturing company, renowned for producing innovative and specialist products for major projects worldwide, is seeking a Pricing Manager to join their team. Role Overview: Working closely with the Financial and Commercial teams, you will: Manage all aspects of pricing across the business. Develop and maintain pricing processes, tools, and controls. Align pricing strategies with commercial and financial objectives. Establish clear approval frameworks for pricing decisions. Ensure accurate part setup, costing, and manufacturing margins. Provide pricing strategy analysis and recommendations to senior commercial teams. Advise on market positioning, competitive trends, and major account pricing. Support pricing policies for new products, tenders, and strategic accounts. Identify opportunities to enhance pricing efficiency and profitability. About You: 3 years experience in pricing, process, or commercial finance within a manufacturing environment. Commercially astute with a strong financial background. Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and present strategic insights. Experience with pricing analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
