Facilitate interactive learning sessions - both in-person and virtual - across multiple departments. Support onboarding and induction programmes for new employees. Conduct training needs analyses and collaborate with managers to identify capability gaps. Maintain accurate training records and support compliance-related learning initiatives. You will have: Proven experience in training design and delivery, ideally within a manufacturing or regulated environment. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Ability to adapt training styles for different audiences and learning needs.
