JY Hygiene Supplies is now looking for a Part-Time/Full-Time Lorry & Van Driver, who will be based at our Head Office just outside Warrenpoint and delivering across Northern Ireland. PART-TIME/FULL-TIME LORRY & VAN DRIVER JOB DESCRIPTION: Planningdeliveryschedulesandroutestoensuremaximumfuele?ciency Multi-dropdeliveriesand collections,whererequired Unloadingofallcustomer orders onsite Accuratecompletionofallrelatedpaperworkas required Documentandlogwork/restperiods Complywith truckdrivingrulesandregulations (size,weight,routedesignations,parking and break periods), as well as company policies and procedures Manoeuvretrucksintoloadingorunloadingpositions Carryoutbasic vehiclesafety checks andreportany concerns/issues Ensurecompany vehicle(s) arealways keptcleanandtidy Assistingwithwarehousedutiesincludingpickingandloadingofallincomingand outgoing goods from company warehouse Skillsrequired: Acurrent valid andclean professionaldriverslicense, including Category C1 (up to 7.5 tonne) Adherencetomanualhandlinglegislation Goodcommunicationskills Adaptabilityandforesighttohandleunexpected situations Excellent organisational and time management skills A company uniformis supplied for carrying out all of theabove activities. Job Type: Part-Time/Full-time, Permanent Pay: £28,000.00-£29,500.00 per year Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
