About the Company Are you passionate about lighting solutions and looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a leading European manufacturer? We provide innovative lighting products and solutions to clients across multiple sectors. About the Role We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our UK team, reporting to the UK Country Manager. Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing portfolio of Key Accounts. Strengthen client relationships by offering tailored solutions, advice on new products, services, and market trends. Define and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the UK Country Manager, taking ownership of assigned Key Accounts’ turnover. Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially in the specification channel and hospitality sector. Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and installers within your network. Oversee project management and development to ensure successful implementation. Qualifications Highly motivated, self-starter with a proven track record in specification sales and project-based work. Demonstrable experience in the UK lighting market, with strong knowledge of the distribution structure. Established relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, and contractors. Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, particularly in hospitality and office segments. Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales skills with a strong customer service orientation. Goal-driven, with the ability to generate added value for clients. Technical knowledge and an appreciation of lighting design. Willingness to travel occasionally to Europe (headquarters in Barcelona) and international trade shows. Required Skills Proven track record in specification sales and project-based work. Strong knowledge of the UK lighting market and distribution structure. Established relationships with key industry professionals. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Technical knowledge of lighting design. Experience in hospitality and office segments. Ability to generate added value for clients. Willingness to travel for business purposes.
