Real Estate Finance / Secured Lending Lawyer

THE FIRM A long established boutique City firm. THE ROLE A Property Finance Lawyer is sought to join a team acting for Lenders. The secured lending/property finance department deals with both clients and matters of exceptional quality and is established as a trusted name within the secured lending field. ABOUT YOU Key requirements for this role are as follows:- Minimum 3-4 PQE with some flexibility: Experience in dealing with all aspects of Bridging/Secured Lending Transactions specifically on behalf of Lenders. Experience of general commercial property. Experience of acting primarily on behalf of banks and short-term finance lenders. Dual and separate representation. Experience of : Preparing and dealing with loan documents. Third party mortgages. Deeds of priority. Dealing with borrowers' solicitors. Reviewing legal packs quickly and efficiently.
