OUR CLIENT A well-established London law firm THE ROLE We have a vacancy for a Trust & Estate Disputes Associate 3 - 4 years PQE to handle a contentious workload as a member of a highly respected team The work will include advising HNW families / individuals, landed estates and fiduciaries on contentious matters surrounding trusts and estates, offshore disputes, capacity issues and trustee/executor removals THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this exceptional role - you will have relevant contentious Trusts & Estates experience gained working for a leading law firm You will have excellent communication skills and delivery The firm offers hybrid working arrangements Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
