Job Overview: In the role of Residential Property Solicitor, the individual will play a pivotal part in the thriving Property Law team. Responsibilities include managing all facets of residential conveyancing, ensuring the smooth progress of transactions. With a focus on client satisfaction, the solicitor will handle a diverse caseload within a supportive and collaborative working environment. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion. Providing expert legal advice on conveyancing and property law matters. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and standards. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in Residential Property Law. Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property transactions.
