This is an exceptional opportunity for a solicitor with between 1 and 5 years post-qualification experience to build a career handling complex, high-profile, and internationally significant cases. Key Responsibilities: Advising on a broad spectrum of business crime matters, including fraud, bribery and corruption, insider dealing, sanctions, and financial regulation issues. Supporting cross-border investigations, corporate probes, and international asset-tracing and tax matters, often working with regulators, governments, and global law enforcement agencies. Providing strategic, high-quality legal advice to clients ranging from multinational corporations and financial institutions to investors and government entities. Assisting senior lawyers on high-profile, complex disputes, including drafting submissions, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for regulatory or criminal proceedings. Candidate Requirements: Qualified solicitor with experience in business crime, financial crime, or complex and international commercial litigation. Strong academic background with excellent understanding of regulatory and criminal law frameworks. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and outstanding communication skills.
