Employment Solicitor - Top Tier Legal 50 Firm - 2-4 PQE Salary £110,000 - £125,000 City of London A Legal 50 national firm is looking for a confident junior Solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join their top tier Employment team based in central London. The team works on a wide variety of (typically employer) matters and are particularly well known for their expertise in data subject access requests, trade union, and industrial relation matters, with typical clients across the financial services tech and logistics sectors. The firm is looking for an excellent Associate with a background in London Employment law and can offer a flexible work/life balance and highly competitive renumeration in compensation. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer who is looking for their next step up to a highly reputable national firm! Key Responsibilities: Managing contentious and non-contentious matters for commercial clients. Deliver outstanding client service, with relationship building and a sound understanding of client legal and commercial requirements. Provide training to clients and target clients. Conduct advocacy when required. Assisting other areas of the firm on corporate support and outsourcing. Skills and Experience: UK qualified Employment Solicitor with 2 - 4 years PQE (other levels will be considered) from a reputable London firm. A demonstrated track record and an enthusiasm for high-quality employment law matters. Strong academic background at degree and A-level. Technically strong understanding of contentious and non-contentious employment law. Ability to lead on employment tribunal matters. A passionate personality with an enthusiasm for personal development and strong interpersonal skills. Desirable Skills (Non-essential) Experience of transaction support work. Client handling experience in the trade union or industrial relation sectors.
