Property Lawyer

Service Care Legal are working with a well-regarded law firm based in Kent who are looking to recruit a full-time Residential Property Lawyer to join their expanding property department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at 1 year PQE in property law who is confident managing their own caseload and eager to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and land matters. Liaising regularly with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties. Providing clear, practical advice to clients, simplifying complex issues where necessary. Handling all aspects of financial management, including quotations, billing, and collection of client monies. Candidate Profile: Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 1 years PQE in residential property. Demonstrated experience of running your own caseload from instruction through to completion. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
