Accounts Coordinator

Accounts Co-ordinator London | Full-time | Permanent The Role This is a hands-on opportunity to support the day-to-day accounts function of a leading international law firm. Ensuring the London office's financial operations run smoothly and in full compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules, from bank reconciliations and VAT returns to payroll support and client account management, you'll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and regulatory integrity. Law firm experience required. Key Responsibilities Maintain financial records in line with UK regulatory requirements and firm policiesDaily review of firm bank accounts and prompt processing of client account transactionsManage supplier invoices, expense claims, and other payments efficientlyPrepare quarterly VAT returns and maintain records for P11D and PSA reportingLiaise with auditors during the annual SARs audit Review monthly bank reconciliations Assist with payroll and pension paymentsRespond to queries related to Accounts Payable and ReceivableSupport annual budget preparation and monthly variance reporting About You Experience in legal accountsStrong working knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and VAT reportingExperience with the 3E accounts system preferred This role suits someone who's well-versed in legal finance operations and comfortable managing a broad range of responsibilities with precision and professionalism.
