Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join one of our top law firm clients on a temporary basis, starting ASAP until the end of January. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a dynamic HR function within a prestigious firm, offering hybrid working and a competitive salary. To be successful in this role, previous HR experience within a law firm is essential, as you will need to hit the ground running and support the team from day one. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employeesProvide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesContribute to HR projects and initiatives such as wellbeing, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusionMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using the HR systemMonitor absence and sickness trends, producing relevant reports and insightsEnsure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policiesIf you are available immediately and meet the criteria, please apply now to be considered!
