What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and deliver a 3-year facilities strategy aligned with business goals. Manage capital planning and projects – from budgeting to successful delivery. Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and minimal downtime . Lead vendor relationships including contracts, performance, and compliance. Drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality or safety. Implement preventive maintenance and emergency response plans for site reliability. Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and champion continuous improvement. Enhance and develop the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) . Foster a world-class culture within the Facilities Team. What We’re Looking For: HNC/HND in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent). Solid understanding of regulations (LOTO, PUWER, etc.) with NEBOSH / OSHA certification . Proven success in delivering CapEx programmes . Hands-on experience with CMMS and contractor control.
