Quantity Surveyor

V7 Recruitment are currently working with our client who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their award-winning property development team to deliver high quality housing projects. Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers. Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports. Preparation of final accounts.
