The work of the team includes: Mergers and Acquisitions (both buy side and sell side) Venture capital and private equity (sponsor and management team roles) Fund raising and equity and capital markets Joint ventures General corporate advisory Accelerated M & A, restructuring and insolvency THE CANDIDATE With 2 - 7PQE you will be looking to handle a broad corporate workload. You will not require experience in all of the above areas but will be a strong team player with good inter-personal skills and academics. Your experience will have been gained with a City or leading national/regional practice.
