Commercial Property Solicitor – West Midlands– Job Ref: 215301516 Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 DOE Experience: 3–5 years PQE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Fully Office-Based – West Midlands An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and forward-thinking firm in the West Midlands. Working directly with a Senior Partner, this role offers genuine scope to develop your expertise and take ownership of a varied caseload. The ideal candidate will have between 3–5 years’ PQE (or more), with a strong grounding in commercial leases and an interest in wider company and commercial matters. The Role: You will manage a diverse and high-quality caseload including: • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants) • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property • Advising on commercial developments and property finance • General landlord and tenant work • Assisting with wider company/commercial transactions where required Requirements: • 3–5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property law • Strong technical knowledge and a hands-on, commercial approach • Excellent communication and drafting skills • Ability to manage files independently while collaborating effectively with senior colleagues The Firm Offers: • Competitive salary of £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience) • Opportunity to work closely with a Senior Partner on quality work • Supportive, friendly office environment • Clear career progression opportunities eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
