Based in Moosomin Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: November 30, 2026 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: Yes Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: As part of an interdisciplinary team, the Community Mental Health Nurse provides a complex range of screening, triage, assessment, treatment and case management services to an adult community mental health and/or forensic population. The incumbent provides program consultation and co-ordination, evaluation of clinical interventions, clinical supervision, preceptor students in formal clinical practicum, and provides professional and public education regarding mental health issues and resources. Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN) Licenses Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Other Education and Training Workplace Assessment & Violence Education (WAVE) Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable Nursing diploma is acceptable Other Information May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) Moosomin is located approximately 224 km east of Regina For more information on the town of Moosomin please visit https://www.moosomin.com/ Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK
