Position : 9006168 Expected Start Date: November 24, 2025 Union: HSAS Facility: Eastend Wolf Willow Health Centre City/Town: Eastend Department: Ambulance - Land Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.67 Shift Information: Evenings, Weekends, Standby Hours of Work: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 4 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Emergency Medical Technician $29.909 to $36.572 Travel Required: No Job Description: The Emergency Medical Technician-PCP is responsible for responding to emergency and non-emergent calls for service, provide initial assessment, treatment and transport of ill or injured persons. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Education Primary Care Paramedic diploma (PCP) Licenses Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR) Registered Emergency Medical Technician/Primary Care Paramedic (EMT/PCP) International Trauma Life Support Certificate (ITLS) Automated External Defibrillator Certificate (AED) Valid Class 4 driver's license Knowledge and Abilities Ability to work independently Physical ability to perform the duties of the position Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team Other Information For more information on the town of Eastend please visit https://www.townofeastend.com/ Standard Hours May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics at PCP/EMT level Eastend is located approximately 142 km west of Swift Current
