Position : 177308 Expected Start Date: November 07, 2025 Union: HSAS Facility: Tatagwa View City/Town: Weyburn Department: Digital Health - Virtual Care South Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: January 15, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 224 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: Yes Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Health Educator - Staff $36.518 to $44.655 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: The major objective of this position is to increase, by various means, the use of Telehealth technologies in the area and as identified by the Saskatchewan Health Authority Telehealth Program. This position is responsible for the assessment, development, and coordination of Telehealth initiatives as well as the development of resource materials, awareness programming, and promotion for Telehealth utilization. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Previous demonstrated experience with Telehealth equipment and processes Education Bachelor's degree in a health related discipline Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Competencies Interpersonal skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to maintain a positive attitude and pleasant manner. Ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external contacts. Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development Ability to demonstrate initiative, independent judgment & organizational skills Ability to develop and implement programs / resources from needs assessments Proven knowledge and experience in policy development Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills. Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access). Ability to manage multiple tasks at various stages according to priorities. Ability to plan, organize/coordinate efforts with other team members Ability to adapt to ever changing environments Ability to competently use computers and software applications Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships.
