Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy Licenses Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Registered Physical Therapist (PT) Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Knowledge and Abilities Ability to adapt to changing conditions Other Information Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement Travel within the region and provincially Registered/eligible for membership with Canadian Physical Therapy Association Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT)
