Engineering Project Manager (m/f/x) – Borgo San Michele, Italy We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at the Borgo San Michele site. The role focuses on managing CAPEX projects in pharmaceutical production plants, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. Your Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise CAPEX investment projects for pharmaceutical production plants, including clean rooms, utilities and laboratories. Plan, budget, execute and monitor projects to meet timing, budget and quality standards. Collaborate with Corporate functions and internal Quality, Production, MS&T, HSE and Purchasing departments to define technical and regulatory specifications. Provide technical solutions, define budgets, act as project manager, and hand over completed works following company procedures. Supervise installation, commissioning and start‑up phases of plants and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and pharmaceutical quality regulations. Participate in defining investment strategy for the medium‑to‑long term. Promote technological innovation and continuous improvement of productive assets. Your Profile Engineering Degree (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or similar). 4–10 years of experience managing CAPEX projects in pharma or life sciences. In‑depth knowledge of GMP regulations and regulatory standards (FDA, EMA). Proven experience managing complex projects in regulated environments. Excellent project management, budgeting and supplier management skills. Strong leadership, problem‑solving and cross‑functional teamwork abilities. Fluent in English (spoken and written, B2).
