Contract Manager (m/f) (Vienna; Full-time) YOUR MISSION: * Contract Strategy & Risk Management: Take ownership of the contract lifecycle, reviewing bidding documents, identifying potential risks, and crafting innovative solutions. You'll proactively design and negotiate commercial and legal clauses that mitigate risks and ensure the success of each contract. * Contract Fulfillment Leadership: Lead the contract fulfillment process, overseeing the smooth execution of purchase orders, change requests, and all critical contractual tasks. Be the key point of contact for internal teams to ensure timely and efficient contract execution. * Sales Project Excellence: Play a key role in guiding sales project decisions, ensuring projects align with company goals. Identify risks early on, manage contract reviews, and enforce decision-making frameworks that maintain project quality. * Collaborative Support & Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing expert advice on contract interpretation, addressing internal queries, and ensuring that contract clauses are understood and adhered to across the organization.
