With over 60 years in the industry, they have built long-term client relationships and deliver projects across a variety of sectors from new builds to healthcare. They are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their close-knit Building Maintenance Services team. The Role As an Estimator, you will play a key role in delivering competitive and accurate tenders for projects valued up to £10m. Responsibilities will include: Managing the tendering process, including design & build projects Preparing subcontractor and material enquiries Producing budgets, estimates, and cost plans About You The ideal candidate will have: HNC, diploma, or degree in a relevant subject (desirable but not essential) Strong background in building, with excellent knowledge of refurbishment and new-build construction Proven experience procuring both small and large subcontract packages Solid understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 What’s on Offer Highly competitive salary and benefits package Clear opportunities for development and career progression The chance to work with a well-respected company where your voice is heard
