Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager (National Security) London (2 days on-site) | Inside IR35 Rate DOE eSC to start (must already have SC) Start Dates Estimated 3 months once eSC is granted The Role We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery and support our project team. You'll facilitate ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Agile Delivery Lead all SCRUM ceremonies (Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives) Collaborate with Product Owner and team to plan and prioritise backlog items across multiple releases Drive process improvements and implement feedback from retrospectives Track agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) for data-driven insights Project Support Ensure DevOps tools are consistently updated and maintained for progress traceability Support Project Manager with internal/client reporting, finance tracking, risk management, and cross-team dependencies Provide ad hoc project support as required To hear more get in touch with Connor Smyth at Anson McCade on 020 7780 6706.
