Corporate Associate (2–5 PQE) – London An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2–5 PQE Corporate Associate to join a highly regarded international team in London, known for delivering high-impact work with a strong cross-border focus. The team advises across a broad range of corporate matters including private M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, and equity/debt capital markets. Clients include major global corporates, financial institutions, and high-growth businesses across a variety of sectors. This role offers the chance to step into a close-knit team environment where associates are given meaningful responsibility from the outset, working directly with partners and senior lawyers on high-value, cross-border transactions. The work is varied and intellectually stimulating – ranging from M&A deals to complex joint ventures and strategic investments.
