Locum Childcare Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling local authority based in Durham . They are looking for a Locum Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. The role is on a fully remote basis and is on a 6 months contract with potential to extend. This role pays a competitive rate of: PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48 £48.87 per hour Umbrella - £50-£55 per hour Responsibilities as a Childcare Solicitor: To undertake legal research as required. To deal with a caseload of child care and education cases working on such cases directly or with assistance from other members of the team. To deal with requests for advice and assistance in the areas set out in the job purpose. Able to write reports or make amendments to reports as may be necessary.
