Quality System Manager

We’re looking for a Quality Systems Manager to lead our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across high-value engineering projects. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain the IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) Lead internal audits, stage gate reviews, and quality control checks Manage NCRs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support project teams with quality planning and risk management Liaise with clients and lead external audits Train teams and champion a culture of quality across the business What You’ll Bring 5 years in Quality Systems/IMS management Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes ISO 9001:2015 Lead or Internal Auditor certification Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or construction environments Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and quality tools Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Success Looks Like Lower non-conformance rates Timely and effective audits Improved customer satisfaction Embedded continuous improvement culture Benefits Flexible working hours Salary sacrifice pension scheme 25 days holiday bank holidays Option to buy up to 3 extra days Long service rewards Employee referral bonuse
