Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company, in their search for a Clinical Operations Manager, to oversee and ensure the implementation of robust operational systems and processes within the clinical operations of the company. Clinical Operations Manager - Responsibilities: Lead and manage the company's clinical operations activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards Supervise and mentor a team of clinical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance Coordinate and lead clinical trials, addressing any issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary Oversee the review and approval of clinical trial documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance Ensure the company maintains compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies, including the MHRA and EMA, and support regulatory inspections Drive initiatives to enhance clinical operations systems, processes, and training programs to support operational excellence. Clinical Operations Manager - Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical operations within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous Mantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Science headhunting firm.
