Station Manager

Station Manager £90,000 up to £6,000 for types Luton Permanent Monday - Friday (some WFH available) Client Overview: The Client is a leading MRO provider to commercial aircraft across the UK and internationally. Role Overview: You will be responsible for the operational, commercial, budgeting and strategy of the clients entire station operations at Luton airport. In addition to the above, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the line station. You are responsible for meeting all regulatory needs and reporting any deficiencies to the Operational Maintenance Manager for their region. Previous Experience Required: Management of large shifts of Engineers or entire Station. Proven experience in man management (appraisals and performance management) and mentoring / development of Junior Engineers. Experience dealing with PL and Budget for aircraft operations. You do not need to currently hold an active License but must of held one during your career. Experience with A320 would be beneficial.
