Procurement Manager

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on procurement professional to take ownership of several high-impact Property and FM-related categories, helping to shape the future of the business through value creation, innovation, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities: Leading the end-to-end procurement process across a broad range of FM categories, including: M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) HVAC FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) Refits, refurbishments, and minor works Developing and delivering category strategies that align with business goals and stakeholder needs Managing full RFP/tendering processes, contract negotiations, and supplier onboarding Building strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders including Property, Maintenance, Projects, and Finance teams Identifying and delivering cost savings, added value, and efficiency improvements Monitoring and managing supplier performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met consistently Staying ahead of market trends and innovations to inform procurement decisions and long-term strategies Mitigating risk through robust contract management and governance processes Acting as a trusted advisor across the business, influencing decision-making and promoting procurement best practices Working with sustainability and ESG goals in mind, ensuring supply chain partners align with responsible sourcing values Location: Oxford Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
