Research Director – Quantitative Brand Measurement Hybrid/Remote within the UK (occasional travel for client and team meets) £70,000 - £85,000 We’re partnering with a leading insights consultancy looking for a Research Director with strong quantitative expertise and a deep understanding of advertising research and brand measurement. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how brands are evaluated, understood and grown through data-led insight. This is an opportunity to lead a talented team, influence strategic direction, and deliver impactful work that helps clients make confident brand decisions. The role offers full UK flexibility, with the option to connect through national offices when needed. What you’ll do Lead high-impact quantitative research focused on brand understanding and performance Oversee project design, execution and delivery, ensuring clarity, quality and strategic relevance Guide and support a team of researchers across hybrid and remote setups Collaborate with senior leaders to refine and implement business strategy Champion innovation in quantitative methods and insight storytelling Build trusted relationships with clients, bringing commercial awareness and strategic thinking What you’ll bring Deep quantitative research experience, ideally within brand measurement or related fields Strong leadership skills and confidence managing dispersed teams A consultative, client-focused mindset and ability to influence strategic outcomes Proven experience balancing analytical rigour with creative thinking Energy, curiosity and commercial awareness to help drive growth This role cannot support sponsorship at this time.
