You’ll join a respected Litigation and Recoveries department handling a mix of debt recovery, commercial litigation, and enforcement work . Expect to manage a busy caseload as well as assist senior lawyers on high-value disputes, and gain advocacy experience across the small claims, fast-track, and multi-track. The work is fast-paced and varied, one moment you’ll be advising on risk and strategy, the next drafting pleadings or defending a motor finance claim. It’s the ideal environment for a junior solicitor who thrives on challenge and growth. About You NQ–2 years’ PQE , with experience in litigation, debt recovery, or commercial disputes.
