We’re partnering with a leading global consumer brand to recruit a Country Manager – Europe to create, develop, and lead a new UK-based team while driving growth across the UK and European markets . This is a unique opportunity to shape the team, strategy, and operations in a dynamic, fast-growing business. You’ll act as the senior-most European representative, bridging HQ and local markets, and ensuring the brand resonates with audiences across multiple territories. Key Responsibilities: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing UK team. Drive brand growth and market expansion across the UK and Europe. Lead sales, distribution, and partnership strategies with retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms. Represent and localise the brand for European markets while maintaining global standards. Oversee operations, logistics, compliance, and efficient market delivery. Ideal Candidate: 7–10 years’ experience in senior commercial or general management, ideally in consumer, lifestyle, or sporting brands. Proven track record of building teams and scaling brands internationally. Strong understanding of European markets and distribution networks. Entrepreneurial, strategic, and hands-on with excellent leadership skills. Passion for sport and lifestyle brands.
